Having no idea who it was that had caused the sudden drop in temperature, or not knowing if the person he was dealing with was a villian or not, Shroud quickly came about at the sound of Mao's voice, a staff with a red gem at its tip appearing in hand. "To be quite frank, I want nothing to do with you or your friends in that space station you've got up above. And I'd really appreciate it if your and your band would leave me and my city alone." He would never outright attack these people unless they proved to be a threat to him or anyone else in the city. But then again, the first one of these superheroes he'd met did about get him killed, so he may well still have a bit of a sour demeanor around them.

"...two things kid. one put that toy away before someone make you, and two i can not force any other hero to leave you or this city alone and if you keep acting the way you are you might find your self pitted up against someone who out classes you by more then your tiny mortal brain could ever believe" *Mao says as the temp starts to drop so sharply that a thin cold mist starts the form in the air and swirl around Mao as he glares daggers at the person who thinks to talk to him in such a way* "...oh and one more thing, who said i am a hero anyways..."

Seeing the icy field appear, Shroud quickly lifted the staff high into the air, an intense heat emminating from the crystal at its tip. "All right, two things old man. One, I know all the villians in this city, and you're the third new person I've seen since one of the guys from on high decided to get involved, so I can only assume your being here is a result of their coming here. Whether you're truly friends with them or not is beyond my scope of caring. Two, I'm not using any kind of toy and could easily bring you down." When Revnik had ambushed him, Shroud was already running on less than five percent of full power. Now? Now he was ready and able at full power to bring down anyone and anything. "And by the way, saying you outclass me will only make it that much more painful for you when you're eating the dirt."

An explosion rocked the city in the middle of the argument. Screams throughout the city can be heard as two men walked dominantly down the boulevard. One in the same garb as Immortallus but with a vest on as well and wielding an extremely large sword like weapon. The other was covered in red hot glowing barbs and two long bone like metallic spikes protruding from his hands.

"i never said i out classed you i saisd you might find yourself fighting some one who does. and if you think your up to it then come at me, but frist you might want to go see what that explosion was. oh and word to the wise i am much stronger then you think,." *Mao says as he floats into the air and starts heading off top where the explosion happened*

As Mao departed, Shroud was quick to make his staff disappear as quickly as it had appeared. "Damnit." Deciding to use as little energy as possible, and save it all for a fight, he began to make quick leaps from one rooftop to the next, going as fast as his regular legs would go. Once in range, he made a leap down infront of the two, no weapon drawn as yet.

Revnik smiled as he saw Shroud appear, behind him was Blue Bullet, who scoped out the competition before hand. "Woah that's one big sword and one ugly rose bush."
Turning to Revnik, Nuada the silver arm spoke in a uninterested tone. "Are these the insects you were talking about? These superheroes you spoke of?"
Laughing maniacally Revnik nodded. "Yes, these are the closest thing to the old gods left on this world. They are also strong enough to kill the old gods. I don't suggest letting them live, they are to die first if you wish to wipe the human stain from this world."
Shrugging he brought his sword around with his human arm, while his silver arm began to glow with Celtic runes on his arm. The air around them began charged with magical energies. "Prepare to die."

Immediatly going into a defensive stance, Shroud caused an ornate sword to appear in hand, one with a series of golden triangles at its base. In theory, the Sword of Evil's bane should be able to atleast hold its own against Revnik's weapons, but only in theory. The unknown was by far too reminiscint of another villian character from one series of games, but keeping that similarity to himself, Shroud was only able to comment, "I think that huge sword is over-compensating for something." Going silent though, he waited for Revnik or the newcomer to make the first move.

Vines silently slipped out of the ground beneath, wrapping themselves around Shroud's feat. Using all the power of his clan's lineage strength, Nuada leaped forward at an improbable speed. The sword came down with crashing power.

Reacting quickly, Shroud lifted up his blade to intercept the oncoming blade, sending it to his left side, a hair's distance from making any kind of connection. The crash against the concrete was loud enough to be heard a few blocks away. Seconds later, Shroud was a blur of motion, the vines closing against air where a pair of legs had once been. Landing from a miraculously high jump, Shroud looked over at Nuada, untouched and unphased.

The move seemed to not phase Nuada at all. As the blade crashed into the ground the silver arm glowed once more and a boulder came out of the ground with his sword as he pulled it from the ground. His muscles flexed as he flung the boulder off his sword straight at the air borne Shroud.

"You've gotta be kidding me." Since jumping through the air would only lead to this yet again, Shroud took a dive, jumping under the oncoming boulder and rolling up to a knee, bow and arrow aimed straight at Nuada's chest, and fired.

Lifting his silver hand up to block the arrow, it bounced off harmlessly as he lunged forward again. With his sword arm held back looking like a wide swing, Nuada quickly moved his massive blade into a stabbing poise at the last moment. He launched the blade forward at the gamer copy cat.

"Hope this works!" It was a long shot, but based on how the enemy was, in terms of attacks and likeness to a specific character, it was oddly fitting. Calling on a bit of energy to emulate a defensive tactic, the bow became the Master Sword once more, Shroud started to rise, clashing his blade with the oversized sword at just the right timing to bounce Nuada off balance... if it all fell into place.

As the blade bounced off to the side, Nuada followed through unphased, a claw aimed for Shroud's throat. "Insignificant worm. You've eluded me long enough." His indifference would normally be sickening to most people.
